Spiderman: NYC Takeover

Challenge
Create a high concept for a live show based on the Marvel universe.

Story Concept: Tony stark introduces Peter Parker a.k.a. Spiderman to his new and improved spidey-suit. He explains he’s set up an obstacle course throughout the city for him to familiarize himself with his suits new abilities. Peter introduces himself to the voice of his suit, and names her Karen. Karen and Spiderman then begin the course with the audience and get disrupted when Vulture is waiting for him on one of the rooftops. A fight scene occurs between the two where spiderman dispatches his taserwebs for the first time on Vulture disabling his suit. Because Valcon’s suit is powered with electricity, spiderman accidentally electrifies himself as well and this turns his suit into its own glow in the dark mode. Spiderman and Karen then finish the course with all sets lit up including spidey’s suit and the audience’s 4D chairs.
