Challenge
To create a space themed experience for Savannah College of Art and Design’s SCAD Day incorportating virtual reality, the mission and values SCAD embodies, located in the Mondonaro Theatre.

High Concept
Welcome one and all to SCAD’s brand new space program. Through our partnership with NASA and Gulfstream. We have created the very first unmanned space probe controlled solely through the power of imagination and VR. As our new SCAD Space Cadets your mission is to explore the future of SCAD. You will travel through time and space to the four intergalactic SCAD Locations.
Soon the doors will open and you will proceed through our pre-flight scan tunnel. This will let us know if your imaginations are up to the task of piloting our spacecraft. Once on the other side you will be fitted with our specially engineered Brain Energy Amplification System or B.E.A.S for short. Then you’ll be ready to begin your mission. If anyone would prefer to only watch the mission we have a special viewing area set up, just let one of our techs know!
